The amount of Hive Rewards each member receives depends on their Hive status and position within the Hive structure—higher status and positioning lead to greater rewards.

The Hive Structure represents the entire Bytes Hive community, where each Hive (hexagons) symbolizes a member.
The Hive Structure is binary with each member having 2 direct downlines: the Left Branch and Right Branch.
As new members join the bythen ecosystem, they are placed under one of the 2 branches, growing the network in a binary manner.

Hive Rewards are distributed to members in the form of Honey, which is redeemable for Ethereum or stablecoins.
