I have connected my wallet with eligible NFT but my credit is 0.
This happens because the system doesn’t detect your wallet & verify its ownership when it distributes the credit on the 1st. You can do manual verification & activate your credit by following below steps:
If you have an eligible NFT, you will see the “verify” CTA under the prompt box.
Click the “verify” CTA
Click the button “Verify My NFT Ownership”
System will automatically update your credit
I already received my credit this month but transferred another eligible NFT. Can I get more credits now? No. Credits are distributed only once at the beginning of each month. Keep the NFT in your wallet, and if still eligible by the next distribution cycle, credits will be adjusted automatically.
I have already transferred NFT and verified it. Then I forgot that I have another POD. Can I get extra credit if I transfer it? No. The same rule applies — only one distribution occurs per month. Your ownership will be re-evaluated at the start of the next month.
Can I get more credit if I own multiple NFT (Azuki, Little Pudgy, Pudgy Penguins, BAYC)? Not currently. Verifying multiple NFTs does not multiply credit rewards.
Can I carry over my remaining credit to next month? No. All credits reset on the 1st of each month. Unused credits do not roll over.
Beside credit, what else i can get by verifying my NFT or owned multiple Betakkuma / Bythen POD? While you won’t receive extra credits, the characters from your verified NFTs will appear in your Studio Page, allowing you to create content with them.
What happens when I no longer have eligible product ownership (e.g., I sell all of my eligible NFTs)? You’ll automatically become a Free User. If you’ve previously used the free plan, your remaining credits will carry over; otherwise, you’ll receive the standard free user credit (see Section B).
What happens when I sell or transfer some of my NFTs (Azuki, Little Pudgy, Pudgy Penguins, BAYC, or Betakkuma, or Bythen POD)?
Selling or transferring one NFT removes that character from your Studio Page.
Your credits remain unchanged for the current month.
Your next month’s credit will be recalculated based on what remains in your wallet at the start of the month.
